This is Baby Dante! 
... Well it's more toddler than baby, but I like baby more...
I was a loner as a child and would rather be stuck in my own world than face reality...
I feel very happy about how this one turned out. I was actually looking at some of my older stuff and I could see how much I improved. Which is really an amazing feeling!
I'm glad I'm not stuck in one place...
The toy he's holding is a miniature version of a stuffed toy dog I had as a child which I named "Bruin Hondjie" which literally translates into "Brown Doggie". It was my favorite toy as a child and it's still my favorite to this day. That toy has got me through my childhood and I still love him so much!
It still sits in my room and I'll never let it go!
I miss the good ol' days...

My favourite toy was a white cat named "Twinks". He looks a bit scruffy now on account of trying to wash the discoloured fur.
You know, this drawing looks very professional. It would make a great illustration in a children's book. Well, that's the idea I got when I first saw it.
